The story behind TalentScale
TalentScale HR was founded on a simple observation: most HR solutions for tech companies are either too generic or too expensive. Traditional HR consultancies do not understand engineering culture. Recruiting agencies optimize for placement fees, not for fit.
With over 15 years of international HR experience across multiple tech hubs, I have seen what works and what does not when scaling engineering teams. I have built people functions from scratch in startups, led HR transformations in scale-ups, and navigated the complexity of multi-country hiring.
